New Listing: Turnkey 1996 Sabre 362 w/ Deep Draft Keel
SHOWS LIKE NEW, SHE IS STUNNING
The Sabre 362 is a luxurious blue water cruiser with performance capabilities that put this yacht at the speedier end of the blue water category. Jim Taylor did very well with this design, and the Sabre Design Team's impressive interior and deck design make the 362 a real winner.
This Sabre 362 is ready to perform: She boasts a deep draft keel - essential for West Coast waters.
Boats like this do not get seen on the market very often. She is in excellent condition, and has recently been detailed including all brightwork.

Few sailing yachts are built to as high a level of fit and finish as the SABRE 362. Woodworking details, rarely found in even high priced custom yachts, abound in her luxurious interior. Dovetailed drawer oxes, louvered cabinet doors, and beautifully sculpted laminated trims demonstrate SABRE's skills and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
To port is an aft facing chart table at the end of a 6' 4" long settee. Ample space is provided for today's sophisticated navigational electronics. To starboard is an L-shaped settee with a fold up bulkhead mounted table. When open the leaf reaches to the port settee creating a large table for all the crew and guests. With the table folded up onto the bulkhead the salon becomes an exceptionally large and comfortable space in which to socialize or relax with a good book. The starboard side settee has a filler board enabling one to convert settee into a double berth
The starboard-side galley is well designed for an active cruising family. A double stainless steel sink with single lever mixing faucet is situated close to the centerline so that it remains usable while underway. A deep and well insulated icebox, cooled by SeaFrost refrigeration, is found outboard of the sinks and features a front opening door in addition to the two top opening lids. There is ample room for your stores outboard of and above the counter. A propane stove and oven with stainless steel safety bar is located at the aft corner of the galley space.
The owner's stateroom is forward and features a large V-berth, and a vanity sink in addition to a wood-framed mirror and seat. To port is a large cedar-lined hanging locker. A large deck hatch and two opening ports provide light and air to this comfortable space.
The private aft cabin provides a comfortable space beneath the yacht's cockpit cabin sole. Storage spaces are found here for all of the gear that you and your crew have brought along. A cedar-lined hanging locker is another reminder of the quality of this yacht's fit and finish.
The SABRE 362 offers a spacious head compartment with separate stall shower. This is a one piece fiberglass unit that is both practical and easy to maintain. A bi-fold door separates the shower from the head compartment. A large hanging locker is outboard of the shower stall. The vanity is located next to the head and there is a large locker with sliding doors outboard of these.

Manufacturer Provided Description
Easily managed by two, the Sabre 362 is designed for high-performance luxury cruising. The hull design is a blend of Sabre's performance design concepts, proven in transatlantic passages and offshore racing, together with the latest developments in yacht design technology. Her powerful sail plan gives excellent light-air speed. On deck the Sabre 362 features a new generation of styling harmony which evolved from the detailing of the Sabre 38 and Sabre 425. Her cockpit incorporates advanced ergonomics for comfort on extended passages. Self-tailing genoa winches are located close to the helm for convenience and ease of sailing. Every Sabre incorporates the best hardware: Edson, Hall Spars, Harken, Lewmar and Westerbeke to name a few. The Sabre 362, like all Sabre hulls and decks, is built to withstand the rigors of the sea. Safety and structural integrity are put first in the construction by alternating layers of hand laminated fiberglass mat and knitted roving. Balsa core is used as a stiffener in areas of high stress. Hull durability is increased by incorporating vinylester resin and ISO NPG gelcoat into the DuraLam protection system. Belowdecks, the generous beam of the Sabre 362 gives her a very spacious and open plan. Her forward stateroom is especially large with a full-width double berth and a convenient vanity sink unit. The main salon has a full width table that folds against the bulkhead when not in use. The chart table has ample lockers for recessed navigational instruments. There is exceptional storage in her L-shaped galley in the many drawers and lockers. The molded fiberglass head features a contemporary island sink, a separate shower stall, and a wet locker for foul weather gear. Her finely hand-crafted and varnished joinery gleams in either teak or cherry.
