Descriptions

Exterior

Excellent exterior cosmetics show the pride of ownership she's felt since Day 1. Waxed every 6 months, well maintained canvas, teak, and varnish. Her bottom was painted Oct. 2017, and everything below the waterline is in excellent condition.

Lady Jane has been optimized for performance sailing in addition to her excellent cruising features.

In 2013, the owner commissioned a prominent boatyard in San Francisco to upgrade her sailing systems to occasional racing, particularly geared toward short coastal distance races. Details of these upgrades can be found below in the rigging section.

She is also equipped with a beautifully varnished removable cockpit table which allows for more cockpit working space when sailing fully crewed.

Newer dodger, bimini, and connector make cruising, and time spent onboard much more protected from the elements

In addition to the deck hardware upgrades, she's been outfitted with a taller mast, and factory removable bowsprit for flying asymmetric spinnakers.

Interior

Beautifully appointed, warm, light, and bright interior, Lady Jane's interior shows just as much care as her exterior.

Lady Jane boats the 3-Cabin layout which is great for family cruising, and offers plenty of storage!

A large L-Shaped galley to starboard with a deep refrigerator/freezer, 2 burner propane stove, and double stainless steel sink, opens to a spacious salon with two separate seating areas which combine to comfortably seat 6 around the dining table.

A spacious private head to port serves the entire vessel, and provides good storage under the sink and in a separate cabinet.

Forward of the head is the navigation station with all necessary equipment including a mounted Raymarine chartplotter/GPS/Radar screen.

Passing through the salon, you enter the master cabin forward which has a spacious V-Berth, and good storage.

Returning through the salon, passing the galley and head, you have two equal aft cabins.
